• Design Biscuit provides ongoing graphic design support delivered by a dedicated senior designer for approximately 3–4 hours per working day (Monday to Friday).

• Services include but are not limited to: social media content and templates, digital advertising creative, print collateral, email design, and website graphic updates. Specific deliverables are agreed at the start of each engagement and reviewed monthly.

• Design Biscuit offers monthly subscription plans for graphic design services.

• Subscribers can choose from two plans - month-by-month or 12 month lock-in plan.

• What's not included:  Services do not include copywriting, photography, video production, or brand strategy unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specialty stock image costs, font licences are not included and will be charged at cost with prior approval.

• Subscribers will be billed every 4 weeks, based on their chosen plan.

• December and January Adjustments:

• December is billed as a two-week period closing on the 15th December

•  January is billed as a three-week period to accommodate the holiday season adjustment starting 7 days into the month.

• We do not operate or complete work on major public holidays.

• All other months follow a standard 4 week billing cycle.

• Payments can be made through secure online payment methods.

• Invoices are issued 7 days prior to start of each billing month and are due within 7 days or by the starting date. Work will not start until payment is made. 

• All subscription fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Month-to-month: Subscribers may request to pause their subscription at any time during 4 week billing cycle. If there is an active job in progress, the pause will take effect once that job has been completed. The subscription fee for the cycle is non-refundable. Any unused days remaining in the billing cycle when the pause takes effect will be held as credit and may be used when the subscriber resumes their subscription. Unused credit must be used within 12 months from the date the pause takes effect, after which it will be forfeited. Subscribers may also cancel their subscription at any time.

• Yearly Plan: Subscribers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below when subscribing to Design Biscuit’s 12-month plan. This plan offers unlimited access to our graphic design services for a full year, payable monthly or annually and provides you with flexible, on-demand design services as outlined in your chosen package.
  
  Commitment Period Yearly plan:

• The subscription is for a fixed 12-month period. During this time, you agree to maintain your subscription and payments for the entire duration. The subscription cannot be cancelled or terminated early without incurring fees as described below.
  
  Cancellation Policy Yearly Plan:

• Within the first 3 months: If the client elects to cancel within the first 3 cycles of the annual plan, a cancellation fee equivalent to one additional monthly payment ($5,800 + GST) is payable in addition to all fees already paid. Services continue until the end of the current billing month.

• After 3 months: If the client elects to cancel after cycle 3, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the remaining contract value applies. The annual plan consists of 13 x 4-week billing cycles. For example: cancelling at the end of cycle 7 leaves 6 cycles remaining. Cancellation fee = 40% × (6 × $5,800) = $13,920 + GST.

• Design requests can be submitted through the Design Biscuit Trello board.

• Subscribers must provide clear and detailed instructions for design projects.

• Design Biscuit will complete the design projects based on the provided instructions.

• Design Biscuit strives to deliver completed design projects within 1-2 business days.

• However, the actual turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

• Design Biscuit is committed to delivering high-quality design work.

• Subscribers can request revisions if the delivered design does not meet their expectations. Design Biscuit will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

• Design Biscuit respects subscriber privacy and complies with data protection regulations.

• Subscriber information and project details are handled confidentially and securely.

• Design Biscuit may offer promotional discounts to subscribers. These discounts will be subject to specific terms and conditions provided at the time of the promotion.

• For any inquiries, concerns, or support, subscribers can reach out to Design Biscuit through the provided contact channels.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services, including but not limited to design project instructions and payment details.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials, and for any activities that occur under your account.

• Design Biscuit offers a satisfaction guarantee. If the design work delivered does not meet your expectations, you may request revisions until you are satisfied.

• We do not offer refunds for completed design work. 

• Design Biscuit reserves the right to showcase completed design projects in our portfolio or marketing materials. However, we will not display projects that users have explicitly requested to remain confidential.

• Users may also request that their design projects be showcased by providing consent in writing.

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Design Biscuit and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

• Design Biscuit may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Any disputes arising from the use of Design Biscuit's services shall be subject to the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
