We may collect and process personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and design project details. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet and recommend using our services with care.

Design Biscuit provides graphic design services based on the information and instructions provided by users. We strive to deliver high-quality design work but do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of design projects submitted by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their design requests comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Plan One subscribers may request to pause their subscription at any time during the 4-week billing cycle, as long as all job requests submitted during the cycle are completed. The subscription fee for the cycle is non-refundable. Any unused days remaining in the billing cycle at the time of pausing (e.g., 25 days if the last job is completed on day 6) will be credited and can be used at the start of a future billing cycle when the subscription is resumed.

Subscribers can also cancel their subscriptions at any time. 

Plan Two subscribers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below when subscribing to Design Biscuit’s 12-month plan. This plan offers unlimited access to our graphic design services for a full year, payable monthly or annually and provides you with flexible, on-demand design services as outlined in your chosen package.

​Commitment Period

The subscription is for a fixed 12-month period. During this time, you agree to maintain your subscription and payments for the entire duration. The subscription cannot be cancelled or terminated early without incurring fees as described below.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription within the first 3 months of service, you will be required to pay an additional 1-month fee as a cancellation penalty. After 3 months, cancellation will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining contract value. Services will continue until the end of the current month’s billing period, at which point access to Design Biscuit’s services will be revoked.
