Design Biscuit started with a problem we kept seeing. Businesses needed professional design every week, but a full-time hire wasn't practical and agencies were too expensive and slow for day-to-day work.
So we built something in between. Senior-level design support that works like an extension of your team: experienced designers who learn your brand and keep your work moving, without a new brief from scratch every time.
We're local, small and hands-on. You'll always know who's working on your brand. Every designer is based here in Australia and works in your time zone, never offshore. Is it really 'unlimited design'?
When we say unlimited we mean unlimited! You are able to add as many jobs as you like, and we will work on your requests one-by-one.
Unlimited also means unlimited changes. So if you are not happy or have a change of heart no problem. Change as many times as you want for the same fixed price.

Who is Design Biscuit best suited to?
Our subscription suits growing businesses and marketing teams with regular design needs who want dependable senior support. We learn your brand and work through your priorities one request at a time. If your workload comes and goes, the flexible plan lets you pause and keep unused subscription days for later.

How does the pause plan work?
On the flexible plan, you can pause during your four-week cycle and keep your unused subscription days for later. Work resumes when you reactivate. The 12-month plan does not include optional pauses; our scheduled Easter, Christmas and January breaks are not billed.

What makes Design Biscuit different?
You work directly with senior Australian designers who learn your brand and become an ongoing part of your workflow. We bring experienced creative judgement, consistent design across your marketing, and one clear place to manage requests and feedback. One predictable fee covers design, revisions and source files.

How do we request a job?
To keep things easy and productive, we use a private Trello Board to manage all design requests. Whatever fits in Trello we can work with.
Add your briefs, files and feedback to your shared Trello board. You can queue unlimited requests and update their priority. We work through them one at a time, with turnaround estimates applying once a request becomes active.
You can involve your team however,we just ask for one main contact to consolidate feedback and approve designs, so everything keeps moving.

What plan is best for me?
Choose the 12-month plan at $5,800 every four weeks + GST for regular ongoing work and our lowest rate. Choose the flexible plan at $6,700 every four weeks + GST for no long-term commitment, with mid-cycle pauses and unused subscription days retained. Both include unlimited queued requests, revisions and source files. Only need one project? We can quote it upfront.

What if I am not happy with the work or have changed my mind?
No problem at all! With unlimited changes you can revise and request as much as you like until you are 100% satisfied.

Can I book a one-off project?
Yes. Logos, brochures, campaigns and websites can be quoted as one-off projects by the same senior team. Tell us what you need and we will agree the scope, price and timing upfront.

Do you close over Easter and Christmas?
We take one week off over Easter, Christmas week and two weeks in January. You are not billed during these four weeks of scheduled breaks. We work through other public holidays.
