When we say unlimited we mean unlimited! You are able to add as many jobs as you like, and we will work on your requests one-by-one. Unlimited also means unlimited changes. So if you are not happy or have a change of heart no problem. Change as many times as you want for the same fixed price.

The advantage of Design Biscuit is that you won't need to concern yourself with high freelance rates, wages, benefits, or the recruitment process. Additionally, we understand you might have quiet months, so you can avoid the burden of year-round wages. Our monthly plan allows you to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you pay only for the work you require.

We understand that one month can be super busy, and the next, not so much. Let's say you have a small job or two next month—no problem! You can request to pause your subscription. The subscription will be paused at the end of the months cycle. You will have to ensure your last requested job is managed to completion. Our billing cycles are based on a 4-week cycle. For example, if your last job request is completed 12 days into the cycle and you decide to pause, you will have a remaining 16 days to submit jobs. Note if jobs are not completed they will be on hold until you reactivate the service.

You can - there are plenty of cheap, unlimited-design subscriptions online. Most of them run on offshore or junior design pools, so you're paying less but getting inconsistent quality, slower communication, and a different designer every time you submit a job. Design Biscuit is Australian-based and senior-only. No juniors, no rotating offshore queue - you work with an experienced designer who actually knows your brand, and that consistency is the whole point. To keep things easy and productive we use Trello Board to manage all design requests. Whatever fits in Trello we can work with. You can also add as many team members as you want!
